JLX - The Music Will Take Care of You

«The Music Will Take Care of You» The song is a homage to Disco - Donna Summer, Sylvester, Studio 54 and everything in between.

«The Music Will Take Care of You» is a song about positivity; it’s a song about finding motivation, strength and inspiration in music. The single release is packed with groove, soul, pumping energy and excitement! The incredible vocals of LaVance Colley sit beautifully on top of the live string and 6 part brass arrangement, which really solidifies the authenticity of the retro-inspired sound. JLX has had 4 successful singles. «Catch Me (I’m Falling in Love)», «Thin Ice», «Stronger» (all featuring The Sirens), and «What They Want» featuring the sultry vocals of Sambalaya.

The song was written, arranged and produced by JLX. JLX is Jordan Lorimer, a British/American songwriter, producer and remixer based in Los Angeles, CA. JLX‘s musical style was born from 1970’s disco, 80’s synth, Hi-NRG and retro infused pop. Influences include Giorgio Moroder, Nile Rogers, Pet Shop Boys, Sylvester, Erasure and Stock Aitken & Waterman.

The single release will be the «1979 Original Radio Mix’. As a follow up there will be 2 incredible remix packages «Side A» and «Side B», featuring 14 powerhouse remixes including the Billboard chart topping producer and remixer, Leo Frappier, Stock, Aitken & Waterman’s pop legend Pete «Mixmaster» Hammond and the Hi-NRG Euro-pop genius, Matt Pop. Additionally featuring more outstanding remixes by Project K, Marcus Kohlschmidt, Mextazuma, DayBeat, Matigari, Erick Fill and more…
