Written with George Pelham, an extremely talented artist in his own right, Matthew brings us
characterful and witty lyrics with joyous melodic hooks. Entering in with soft pads, his strong vocals soar through, bringing in the drums, slapped bass and thumping synth. It is classic, simple pop of the highest quality.

«The lyrics are totally tongue-in-cheek and bring a much needed light-hearted bit of fun in
these times», explains Matthew. «This latest sexy-summer track is what we are all definitely
needing right now in Lockdown 3.0».

Hailing from North Wales, he was originally on X-Factor but quickly realised the impermanence
of this shallow fame. Since then he’s moved from strength to strength, garnering over 50k streams on Spotify alone and achieving viral success on Tik-Tok. He’s also appeared on UKTV’s Judge Romesh, secured a spot at 2021’s Winter Pride and had numerous appearances at O2 London and Birmingham.

Striving to help a world in much need, Matthew uses his music as a force for good. Between
funding for the NHS and supporting LGBTQ and other minority groups, his single «Gravity» collected money for the Australian bush-fires, while with the release of «Under The Collar» he will be giving 20% of his profits to MIND, a mental health charity. Not only his most exciting track to date, his latest tune continues Matthew Joseph’s positive impact and continual rise to success.
