What do you get when you combine Y2K pop culture with a reverence for pop's glory days, a penchant for maximalist fashion, and a desire to disrupt pop's heteronormative inner circle with some queer power ?Charlie Fisher doesn't know either, but they hope you're along for the ride.

With inspirations as disparate as Donna Summer, S Club 7, Paris Hilton and the Pet Shop Boys; Charlie is bringing trashy, fun dance pop back – all delivered with a personal spin and a refusal to conform to the label «guilty pleasure».

Charlie’s 2021 saw them go from strength to strength with the releases of «City Pop» (prod. by Boy Sim, over 15.5k combined streams at the time of writing, and a placement on Apple Music’s Glitch playlist), «Give Me A Night» (8.3k combined streams at the time of writing), and «Call Me Crazy» (prod. by Sevenths, 17.8k combined streams at the time of writing).

«Do You Feel It Now» is the lead single from an upcoming full length project, which will be released later in 2022.

Described by the artists themselves as «the best song S Club 7 never recorded», «Do You Feel It Now» is a Y2K Nu-Disco dream, with glistening strings, shimmering synths and a vocal chop to die for. With both feet on the dancefloor, «Do You Feel It Now» celebrates queer liberation in the only way we know how – through the power of bloody great pop music.

«Do You Feel It Now» are out on 25 February 2022.
